ABBYS BAGELS
Dallas made some big moves with its bagel scene in the last two years, and that will continue in 2024, with Abby’s Bagels, coming to Lowest Greenville across from HG Sply!

CATCH
This one you may be waiting a bit for next year, but the popular, celebrity-filled seafood spot in NYC and LA will make its way to Dallas at the end of 2024.

CAFFE LUCCA
Former Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett is opening an Italian restaurant in the former TJ’s Seafood space on Oak Lawn, with Italian restauranteur extraordinaire Julian Barsotti, (who owns Barsotti’s right next door.)

DELILAH
Delilah, with locations in Miami, LA, and Las Vegas, is expanding to Dallas. This 1920’s 1920s-era-inspired extravagant supper club will have burlesque, live bands, and its signature chicken tenders.

FORTUNATE SON
From the owners of Goodfriend Burger comes a New Haven-style pizzeria right on Main Street in Garland!

GOLDIES DALLAS
In the former RM 12:20 Bistro comes an American restaurant from the co-owner of Sfuzzi and Double D’s, and the owner of Session Pilates. The goal is to create a timeless neighborhood staple for East Dallas!

GOODWIN’S & GOOSE BAR
Taking over the former Blue Goose space on Greenville Ave, Goodwin’s & Goose will be a 2-in-1 friendly Americana restaurant AND a more moody cocktail bar.

JAQUVAL BREWING & TRADES DELI
From the team behind Oddfellows and Revelers Hall comes a two-part space: brewery (Jaquval) and sandwich shop (Trades). Find them right around the corner from their sister spot, Oddfellows.

KNIFE ITALIAN
Celebrity chef John Tesar, known for his steaks and burgers via Knife, is opening an Italian restaurant in the former LAW Restaurant space at the former Four Seasons/new Ritz.

LE PASSAGE
A new fine dining restaurant from the owners of Georgie, Knox Bistro, and Le Bilboquet comes from a French-Vietnamese fusion restaurant on the edge of the Katy Trail.

MAMANI
The new Quadrangle development will include five restaurant concepts, Mamani being one, from the duo behind Namo and Bar Colette. It will be a fine-dining European establishment.

NENA POSTRERIA
A cafe, late-night dessert joint, and a place for cooking classes, baker Diana Zamora (formerly at Cry Wolf,) will open this all-encompassing space very soon!

NIKKI GREEK BISTRO
From the owners of Ivy Tavern, comes a Greek restaurant on Lovers in the former City Cafe space, with Grecian family recipes and highlights from multiple Greek regions.

From celebrity chef Tiffany Derry, Radici will be an Italian restaurant next to her lauded Roots Southern Table.

From the same team as Le PasSage, Rose Cafe will be a casual Asian-inspired breakfast and lunch spot that you can visit post-Katy Trail walk.

Nick Badovinus is at it again, this time with an exclusive and elevated, bar right across from his steak restaurant Town Hearth.

The Fount Board & Table owner is bringing Dallas a classic deli to a space right next to Mike’s Gemini, very soon!
