Leonard Marsaw

Leonard Marsaw is a professional Real Estate Sales Agent, Builder and Contractor. He has practiced real estate with the highest ethical standards and professionalism for over 40 years. Over the span of his 40 year career, he has held a real estate license in either the state of Michigan or Texas. Leonard currently practices both residential and commercial real estate.

Leonard held the position of sales manager at Ciggzrees Real Estate Inc. and Realty World Real Estate, both of Muskegon Michigan. Throughout his time in real estate, he has concurrently held a Builder Contractor’s license and completed construction projects on both residential and commercial structures.

Leonard has resisted investments in real estate that would place him in direct competition or conflict with his clients. Due to his 40 plus year career expertise and vast knowledge of the markets and construction, Leonard has helped direct his investor clients to properties that have paid off in exponential profits. He will always provide his clients with the most important information and research to make sure they are procuring the best deal in their transactions.
